Our Mission:

• We offer two sections of Kindergarten, First, Second, Third and Fourth Grades. 

• We offer half-day kindergarten classes with enrollment under 22 students.

• We have a current population of 245 students and a staff of 45.

• We offer a Latchkey program through the YMCA before and after school and for kindergarten students during the day. Site Director: Nicol Young @ 390-7504.

• We provide students with online testing through Aimsweb, STAR Reading Comprehension, and state assessments (third & fourth grades only).

• We have had four teachers awarded the Golden Apple Award!

• Our Title 1 teacher was voted the Greater Wichita Area Reading Teacher of the Year!

• P.E. and Music classes offered daily in 1st - 4th grades.

• The original building was constructed in 1952 with a complete remodel in 1997.  Bond issue projects including a new FEMA-safe gymnasium, office area, nurse's suite, parking lot, roof, HVAC system, and bus lane were completed by July, 2010.
